Discover Fotona technology

The SP Dynamis Pro laser from Fotona is a state-of-the-art, innovative, high-performance laser that uses two complementary wavelengths: Er-YAG (2940 nm wavelength, superficial penetration), which is used for superficial treatments such as laser peeling, treatment of benign superficial lesions, and treatment of scars and acne.
Nd-YAG (1064 nm wavelength, deep penetration), used for liposculpture (TightSculpting®), vascular treatments, long-lasting hair removal and wart treatment.

Laser treatment of urinary stress incontinence IncontiLase® laser treatment

IncontiLase® treatment uses an Er:YAG laser to deliver energy to the vaginal mucosa and the collagen-rich pelvic fascia.
This laser initiates collagen remodeling and the production of new collagen, leading to tissue contraction and firming, and restoration of urinary retention function.

IncontiLase® restores the elasticity of the pelvic floor muscles and upper vaginal wall by strengthening the bladder fascia and stimulating the growth of collagen fibers in the mucosa.
The procedure improves the condition of the urethra and vaginal walls, reducing the angle of inclination of the urethra and restoring its optimal functionality.

During the procedure, a device is inserted into the vagina, through which the laser beam heats the vaginal vestibule, the urethral opening and the area along the anterior wall of the vagina.
The heat penetrates the mucosa, stimulating the contraction of collagen fibers and the creation of new ones, leading to tissue firming and better control of physiological functions.
It is recommended to follow an IncontiLase® treatment once a year to maintain the results obtained.
In some cases, the effect can be preserved with pharmacological therapy.
